I am a twenty-six year old housewife from England who strives each day to write; whether poems, flash fiction, writing exercises or working on my novels.
A few years back I had to leave University after only two years of studies; the Fibromyalgia had reared its ugly head and I was forced to take life at a far gentler pace. I am still coming to grips with my illness and writing this blog is a way for me to express my frustrations and achievements, the highs and lows of my now transformed life.
In a way I owe the illness my writing for only when I slowed down and developed my skills, did I become hooked on writing. I think it gave me the time to really see the world around me and therefore write these thoughts down.
I have been writing poems since February 2013 and have always written stories, but am now becoming much more dedicated to learning all I can to help me improve.
